IT’S AS EASY AS 1-2-3

  1. REGISTER

Sign-up to register for the VegOut! Challenge then respond to the email confirmation to finish your account creation.  You can begin using your Personal Veggie Tracker either online or in our mobile app, and gain access to our full complement of resources. Follow the links to download our VegOut! mobile app, which will use the same sign-in name and password as the website.  With the app, you will be able to track your veg, no matter where you are.

  1. EAT

Use our Personal Veggie Tracker to log 30 different vegetables before the end of the month.  The tracker resents to 0 on the 1st of every month, so you cankeep going as long as you want!

Accumulate points and win badges and recognition along the way.  Each March our partners offer special prizes.

  1. SHARE

Join in the conversation on our blog, share with other challenge participants, chat with your team on our Team Group Pages and spread the word on social media. Like our Facebook Page, follow us on Instagram and Twitter and share your stories and ideas with us there using the #VegOutwithRFS or #VegOut2017 hashtag. Start a TEAM and make a TEAM PAGE, join a Team or become a VegOut! Ambassador and encourage your family, friends, school, colleagues and community to join the VegOut! Challenge too.
