TO USE THE ONLINE TOOL:
1. List each veg you eat in column one.
2. In column two, please share how you ate it: The name of the dish; was it breakfast, lunch or dinner, etc.
3. In column three, indicate how you rate it, from 1 (probably not having it again) to 5 for your very favorites.
4. Hit + to add another veg and details.
5. SAVE TO CONTINUE adding veg through the month. YOU WILL GET A WEB ADDRESS LINK TO YOUR SAVED TRACKER. EMAIL THIS TO YOURSELF and you can link to it from any computer to resume adding to your Veggie Tracker. PLEASE NOTE that the saved log will not automatically appear on this page, unless you have followed the provided link to return to it.
6. Hit SUBMIT ONLY after you have maxed out at 30 veggies.
