Celery, poblano peppers, cabbage, mustard greens, spinach, corn, beets, seaweed, red peppers, asparagus, avocado, tomato, plantain, chilero with broccoli and cauliflower, cassava, mushrooms, jicama, onion, sorrel, baby kale, endive, zucchini, cucumber, mixed lettuces, radish, opo squash, okra, sprouts, vine leaves, carrots, fennel, brussels sprouts, and more.
