    I have been challenging myself to try veggies in different ways. I usually just saute them or steam them, but I am being more creative. Somethings work, some don’t,but the excitement is in opening yourself up to something new and different. I was hungry, went to the frig and pulled out some left over steamed broccoli, but I was craving something light, but cool and refreshing at the time so I tossed the broccoli with avocado (one of my favorites) with a little olive oil and red wine vinegar, top it with some cracked black pepper. Simple, but good, at least to me..lol!
