This morning I had Egg Whites with a side of Spaghetti Squash in a Thai Peanut sauce. I know this may seem like an unusual pairing, but the peanut sauce really went well with the egg whites without me needing to add much additional seasoning. This is a good meal if you are looking to maintain a low carb diet as Spaghetti squash has 8 net carbs per 1 cup serving.
