Todays vegetable of choice was zucchini, salte with pepper, garlic and onion

today my vegetable of choice was eggplant I baked it

today my choice of vegetable was avocado, made vacamole.

My vegetable choice is yam. Garden fresh yam cooked with grind coccanut, green chilly,cumin seed ,garlic and curry leaves

today’s choice was lentil. After boiling added salt, black pepper and fresh coccnut to it.

today my vegetable of choice was asparagus. soup made with asparagus was really good.

Today I made Kyle salad with almonds and made dressing with lemon juice,honey and mustard.

Today I used drumstick leaves and drumstick to make soup. very nice try.
