Lots of veggies – roasted and deliciously devour-able broccoli and cauliflower. Tonight’s salad contained avocado, corn, garbanzo beans, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber…outstanding!

Pickled okra, green beans, onions, oh my! Also, garbanzo beans, avocado, corn, and black beans. Yummy!

While Sadie’s not really into arugula, she chowed down on roasted cauliflower tonight! She loves raw veggies, but she is willing to try them prepared differently. At least for this month!
