While Sadie’s not really into arugula, she chowed down on roasted cauliflower tonight! She loves raw veggies, but she is willing to try them prepared differently. At least for this month!

Started the first day with sweet potato, baked in the microwave, and prepared with butter and a touch of brown sugar.
