Healthy eating can be hard especially if you try to make a lot of changes all at once or are unsure of how to start. No matter what meal plan you choose to follow, eating more vegetables is an important component. VegOut! is an easy, delicious food adventure created by Recipe for Success Foundation. The 30 Ways in 30 Days Challenge is a call to action to eat 30 different vegetables or to eat vegetables you normally eat in 30 different ways within one month.

April 1st – April 30th.
How does it work?
For 30 days you will be asked to track and log the vegetables you are eating in the VegOut! Tracker. The goal is to try new veges or new ways to eat the veges you commonly eat. There is also an opportunity to post to our Team page so that we can stay connected and encourage each other throughout the competition. Also don’t forget to try our daily recipe and tells us how it was!
