    Who knew hominy was a veg? I never thought of it like that!

      I think hominy is corn. Yummy…I used to cook it up with lemon juice and butter. Now I don’t eat it because the only way I know to eat is from a can. No to the can!

        Hominy = posole at my house….I didnt know of any other way to eat it.
