Walker made his 30 veggies for the month; how about you?

Lots of veggies – roasted and deliciously devour-able broccoli and cauliflower. Tonight’s salad contained avocado, corn, garbanzo beans, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber…outstanding!

Pickled okra, green beans, onions, oh my! Also, garbanzo beans, avocado, corn, and black beans. Yummy!

We’re making our way through the alphabet of vegetables! This week’s menu included bell peppers, carrots, edamame, and green beans!

While Sadie’s not really into arugula, she chowed down on roasted cauliflower tonight! She loves raw veggies, but she is willing to try them prepared differently. At least for this month!
