Veg Out in June

Hi everyone! It is April and during the Covid 19 quarantine we are trying to eat healthy. We had four root vegetables for dinner along with fried chickpea and arugula sandwiches.

It is January and I need to eat healthier after the holidays. I have eaten 11 veggies so far and it is the 4th of Jan.

I am trying to eat a heart heathy diet with lots of veggies!
