- 1/2 cup fresh plum tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple diced
- 1/4 cup red onion minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced

- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- kosher salt to taste
